Hotline - Service Desk
An existing customer may contact the Hotline - Service Desk in case of failure of any information-communication service provided by the Railway Telecommunications (ŽT).
24 hours a day, a team of specialists is available to the ŽT customers, who solve the most of problems directly with the customer by phone or register the problem and contact you after its resolution.
