Formátovanie textu
V redakčnom systéme neodporúčame meniť veľkosť písma a jeho farby. Vizuálne štýly pre nadpis, textový odstavec, zoznam, odkaz a tabuľku sú vopred zadefinované a uvedené v dizajn manuále webstránky zsr.sk.
Práca s nadpismi
Veľkosti ako aj farebnosť nadpisov sú preddefinované v redakčnom systéme. Zmeníme ich kliknutím na ľubovoľný text a z ponuky štýlov a vyberieme Nadpis 1-6.
Nadpis 1 nepoužívame z dôvodu, že Nadpis 1 by sa podľa štandardov mal nachádzať na stránke len raz. V našom prípade je Nadpis 1 automaticky generovaný systémom ako názov stránky.
Poradové číslo pri nadpise nepredstavuje vizuálny štýl, ale nadradenosť nadpisu. V praxi to znamená, že ak použijeme v obsahu Nadpis 2 a následne chceme v danom bloku, ku ktorému patrí Nadpis 2 pridať ďalší podnadpis, siahneme po Nadpise 3. Pri písaní obsahu platí: čím menšie číslo pri nadpise, tým dôležitejší nadpis.
Orámovanie dôležitého textu
V prípade, že chceme v obsahu stránky upozorniť na niektorú z častí, je možné daný odstavec podfarbiť troma farbami:
- červená
- modrá
- žltá
Urobíme tak kliknutím na textový odstavec a z ponuky štýlov vyberieme niektorú z hodnôt.

- [p] red
- [p] yellow
Vytvorenie tabuľky
Tabuľku vytvoríme kliknutím do panela nástrojov na ikonu tabuľky, kde si následne môžeme zvoliť preddefinovaný počet riadkov a stĺpcov.
Práca s tabuľkou je jednoduchá, a redakčný systém nám umožňuje základnú prácu s nimi, ako napríklad zlúčenie buniek, nastavenie pevnej šírky stĺpcov, pridávanie a odoberanie riadkov a podobne. Práca ss tabuľkou je intuitívna a kliknutím pravým tlačidlom myši do bunky tabuľky sa nám zobrazí ponuka možností.
